Alternatively you can use the TeamViewer option, so that we can link up with your computer, see what you are seeing, and assist you in real-time with your requirements.
Download the TeamViewer application from the official TeamViewer website and save the application to your computer. To download TeamViewer, click on the green "Download TeamViewer" button on the TeamViewer website.

Locate the .exe downloaded in the previous step. Then run it. If you're asked if you want to run it, choose "Yes". Choose "Basic Installation" and "Personal / Non Commercial use" then Accept.

When prompted by the Windows User Account Control window, choose "Yes".

When the installation is finished, familiarize yourself with the application layout. When you're done click close.

You may need to sign in to your TeamViewer account, or sign up for a free account should you not already have an account.

We'll be able to see what's on your screen so please close everything that contains sensitive information, images or other applications that you would not like use to see.

Please make contact with a support agent to assist you further through TeamViewer, by calling the number in the CONTACT tab below, or by submitting a query, asking that you be called back. In this case, please state the date and time most convenient for you to be called.

To allow the support agent to connect to your computer, provide him/her with your TeamViewer ID and Password (see below) when asked to do so. After which a pop-up window will ask you whether you'd like to grant the support agent access to your computer, choose "Yes".
Note: This is temporary access. We will not be able to access your computer in the future, unless given the necessary permission by you.

Locate the file downloaded in the previous step. Double-click to mount the disk image or .dmg file. The file should be in your Downloads folder.

The TeamViewer window, prompting you to click on the install icon, will appear. Click on the Install TeamViewer icon to install. Follow the easy steps to install TeamViewer

When you are presented with the license window, read through the terms then click on "Continue". You will be prompted to agree with the license terms. To continue, click on "Agree". Then continue to follow the installation wizard's instructions.
Note: You will not be able to continue with the installation when you click on "Disagree".

If a window prompts you to enter username and password, enter your Mac administrative password, to continue with administrative privileges. Then, click Install Software. Continue with the installation process.
